Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in application support or related role.
• Experience leading a team of Integration Support with Tibco, Mulesoft, Microservices, Kafka, ETL.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ITIL practices.
• Strong problem solving and communication/negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of application support analysts.
• Drive SLA-driven service management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate transition from Hypercare to Production Support.
• Plan maintenance and lifecycle roadmaps for applications.
• Provide advanced technical support and root cause analysis.
