PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to support Sales Enablement and Performance Management by analyzing data, monitoring initiatives, and improving execution of key sales programs. You will work with the commercial team to maintain information, track performance, support reporting processes, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting and tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English B2 - C1, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, commercial analytics, sales operations, business planning, reporting, or related area.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, or data management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate information across different teams.
• Good organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes and ways of working.
• Experience Power Query, SQL, or process automation tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and consolidate data to monitor performance and execution of key commercial initiatives.
• Maintain and update playbook materials, trackers, and reporting tools for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support preparation of regular performance reports and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Help improve and simplify reporting and tracking processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
• Monitor data quality and consistency across sources and tools, identifying discrepancies and corrections.
• Support tracking of key program components, including forecasts, POS changes, visuals, sell sheets, etc.
• Pull and organize early indicator data from POET to support monitoring and analysis.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Portfolio Planning, Customer, and Sales teams to validate updates.
• Conduct post-audit analysis to identify execution gaps, trends, and root causes.
• Develop clear summaries and insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for tools, trackers and reporting.
