Lenovo is seeking an Order Fulfillment Planning Analyst in Mexico to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing, proper inventory allocation, and on-time product delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to drive operational excellence and support regional growth, maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Order Processing and management of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and other systems.
• Respond to inquiries about PSD, POD dates, or order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders flow correctly and are tracked.
• Enter, proof of delivery, and process orders for internal customer acknowledgment; maintain accuracy.
• Communicate with sales and planning to verify information and resolve inconsistencies.
• Provide back-up support to Master planning and ops office manager.
• Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.
• Perform other related duties in support of the business ops team.
