Danfoss in the region seeks a technical sales leader to grow our commercial and industrial refrigeration offerings. You will diagnose customer needs, translate them into practical refrigeration solutions, and influence cross-functional projects with distributors and end users.

You will also deliver training to sales teams and partners to raise capability, and communicate proposals clearly to stakeholders under pressure.

Formación

• Strong technical foundation in commercial and industrial refrigeration, including systems, components and applications.
• +10 years of experience in technical sales and solution development.
• Business development mindset with success working with distributors, contractors, integrators and end users.
• Fluent English for technical and commercial discussions.
• Engineering background in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex technical and commercial engagements by diagnosing customer needs and translating them into refrigeration solutions that drive growth.
• Support and influence medium to high-complexity projects from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring technical robustness and commercial value.
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities by working with distributors, contractors, integrators, and end users.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to sales teams, distributors, and customers to elevate capability and adoption.
• Communicate and present technical and commercial proposals clearly to diverse stakeholders, even under pressure.
