Danfoss Power Solutions seeks a Lead Product Engineer to strengthen performance, reliability, and competitiveness of Specialty Fluid Conveyance products in Reynosa, MX. You will lead key engineering initiatives, drive problem solving, and support cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in product or manufacturing engineering.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex engineering initiatives supporting existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost-out activities, product dispositions, and design improvements.
• Develop product designs by defining geometry, materials, sealing concepts, and technical specifications while validating design decisions through calculations and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to coordinate prototypes, testing, and product implementation activities.
• Apply advanced engineering tools and structured problem-solving methods to resolve challenges and improve reliability.
• Manage multiple engineering projects with clear communication, technical reporting, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
