Danfoss is seeking a Senior Supporter, Procurement to strengthen our procurement platforms in the region. You will provide rapid technical support, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and a global IT Procurement team.

The role requires experience in IT or procurement, familiarity with SAP or Ariba, and strong communication in English. You’ll contribute to reliable, scalable tools and help deliver value across the Americas.

Formación

• Experience in IT, procurement processes, or systems.
• Familiarity with core procurement software, preferably SAP or Ariba.
• Degree in IT, procurement, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide seamless daily operational and technical assistance for procurement platforms.
• Participate in development projects focused on continuous improvements and new functionalities.
• Deliver fast, high-quality resolutions and maintain strong work quality.
• Collaborate with internal users, stakeholders, and a global IT Procurement team.
• Learn and share knowledge to enhance procurement tools and processes.
