Danfoss is seeking an engineer to join our Cooling Technical Support team in Mexico. You will provide expert technical assistance across multiple channels, troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems, and deliver trainings and materials to customers and partners.

Applicants should have an engineering degree and advanced English, with willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements to drive successful outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Danfoss Cooling products via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems to identify root causes and restore performance.
• Deliver technical presentations, trainings, and content to increase product knowledge and application expertise.
• Create and maintain technical resources (guides, manuals, videos) to support customer success.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal experts through site visits and ongoing engagement to improve outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical support for Danfoss Cooling products through phone, email, and digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate customer solutions.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems to help customers identify root causes and restore system performance.
• Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and educational content to increase product knowledge and application expertise.
• Create and maintain technical resources, including guides, manuals, videos, and troubleshooting materials, to support customer success.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal experts through site visits and ongoing engagement to improve application outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related engineering discipline).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, or related mechanical applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests and technical priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn digital tools such as CRM and customer support platforms, with availability for occasional travel.
