Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to grow our commercial and industrial refrigeration business from Apodaca, MX. You will diagnose customer needs and translate them into value-driven refrigeration solutions while strengthening partnerships with distributors, contractors, integrators, and end users.

With +10 years in technical sales, you will lead high-impact projects, train sales teams, and present concise proposals.

Formación

10+ years of experience in technical sales and solution development.
Engineering background in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Fluent English for technical and commercial discussions.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex technical and commercial engagements by diagnosing customer needs and translating them into effective refrigeration solutions that drive business growth.
Support and influence medium to high-complexity projects from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring technical robustness and commercial value.
Identify and develop strategic business opportunities by working with distributors, contractors, integrators, and end users.
Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to sales teams, distributors, and customers to elevate capability and solution adoption.
Communicate and present technical and commercial proposals clearly to diverse stakeholders, even under pressure.
