Danfoss GmbH is seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure administrator to own and optimize our server environment across on-premises and cloud. You will ensure security, reliability, and peak performance while supporting global colleagues in a dynamic IT landscape.

The role emphasizes deploying, monitoring, and patching RHEL and Windows Server, managing AD/DNS/SSL, and collaborating on cloud projects, with on-call rotation and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in server infrastructure or systems administration, including on-call rotation.
• Deep proficiency in deploying and managing both RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS management, and SSL certificate lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of a major cloud platform (Azure or AWS) and operational support for database environments (MS SQL/MySQL).
• Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage the lifecycle of our RHEL and Windows servers, from deployment to decommissioning.
• Monitor and maintain daily backups, DR plans, and system restoration.
• Ensure reliability and security through proactive monitoring, tuning, and patching.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests within an ITIL framework.
• Manage identity and access services including AD, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver infrastructure projects and cloud initiatives.

You will be a guardian of the digital backbone that powers a global leader in engineering solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage the lifecycle of our RHEL and Windows servers, from initial deployment to final decommissioning.
• Monitor and maintain daily backup processes, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration
• Ensure rock-solid reliability and security through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and scheduled patching.
• Take ownership of technical challenges, resolving critical incidents and fulfilling service requests within an ITIL framework.
• Manage core identity and access services, including Active Directory, DNS, and SSL certificates, to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver infrastructure projects and support our ongoing cloud journey.
