Zusammenfassung

Salesforce seeks a Program Director to lead large-scale, multi-cloud and AI-enabled implementations, owning delivery, health, and financial performance of a portfolio. You will guide leaders, manage budgets, and drive client outcomes across LATAM, collaborating with Sales and executive teams.

The role requires strong PM experience, PMP/PgMP or equivalent, Agile/Scrum mastery, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel regionally/internationally is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or program/project management.
• 6+ years leading large-scale technology implementations or a program portfolio.
• Hands-on PM experience in software development, CRM and SaaS environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide, strategic programs and managing budgets.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage P&L, revenue forecasting and margins.
• Data-driven with strong executive communication and presence in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
