Job summary
Salesforce Professional Services – Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Mexico City is seeking a Manager, Technical Consulting to lead a growing team of Technical and Solution Consultants while delivering complex Industries Cloud projects.

Qualifications
- 8+ years leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
- 5+ years in people management.
- 3+ years implementing enterprise software and Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid SDLC.
- Strong data, integration, security architecture knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage ~15 reports of Technical and Solution Consultants.
- Hire, train, and mentor consultants delivering high-quality solutions.
- Lead 50% billable delivery on Industry Cloud projects.
- Guide enterprise architecture and governance for enterprise engagements.
- Lead workshops and design, test, and deploy solutions.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and clients to architect solutions.
- Proactively manage risks and customer expectations.
- Foster best practices with Salesforce and client leadership.
