Job summary

Salesforce Mexico is seeking a Program Director to own delivery of large-scale, multi-cloud and AI-enabled Salesforce programs. You will lead a portfolio of engagements, driving scope, budget, quality, and governance while coaching senior managers and project managers.

You will manage portfolio health, margins and utilization, partner with sales on scoping, and maintain executive relationships with customers across LATAM. Travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services or program management experience.
• 6+ years leading large-scale technology implementations or a program portfolio.
• Hands-on PM experience across software development, CRM, and SaaS.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic programs with executive stakeholders.
• Direct responsibility for large teams and budgets.
• Strong financial acumen including revenue forecasting and margins.
• Data-driven with metrics to guide executives.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Spanish & English; Portuguese a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, health, and financial performance of a portfolio of Salesforce programs.
• Lead senior managers and project managers; mentor leaders and build succession.
• Manage governance, scoping, contracts, and SOWs; collaborate with Sales for expansion.
• Drive portfolio decisions using metrics like margin, utilization, and forecast.
• Serve as executive contact for customers and manage client relationships.
