One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance customer experiences and drive business impact. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to build scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

You will own the product lifecycle, define KPIs, and partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies.

Formación

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with Agile product development teams (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights into successful product strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
• Own product delivery by managing priorities and blockers, communicating progress.
• Define KPIs and measure product performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies and launches.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to growth and optimization.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience by incorporating customer feedback.
