You will own the near-term roadmap, collaborate with technology partners, and mentor junior product associates. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and customer focus within a banking-tech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• 3+ years of Lean product management methodologies.
• 3+ years delivering SaaS or web API-driven products to technical customers.
• 3+ years in human-centered product discovery methods, such as design thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Define clear problem statements to guide iterative software delivery.
• Own near-term product roadmap to deliver business outcomes.
• Leverage data to define success metrics and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead agile ceremonies with Tech Lead and partner teams.
