Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management in Mexico City. You will lead the product strategy, define the roadmap, and drive customer-centric experiences through technology.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for balancing business priorities with user needs, while advancing lean, human-centered discovery and resilient, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Lean product management methodologies are valued.
• Experience delivering SaaS or web API-driven products to technical customers.
• Experience in human-centered product discovery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Define clear problem statements and MVP grooming with iterative software delivery.
• Prioritize near-term product roadmap and use data to define success metrics.
• Partner with technology teams to drive architecture decisions and lead agile ceremonies.
• Develop and communicate a 6‑month vision to senior stakeholders and mentor junior associates.
