Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management in Mexico City to define clear problem statements, own the near-term product roadmap, and partner with engineering and design to deliver value-driven software.

You will leverage customer insights, measure success with data, advocate for stakeholders, and lead agile ceremonies while mentoring junior product associates and shaping a customer-centered digital experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• Experience across product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
