The Citi Product Management team in Mexico seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of core products, driving strategy and lifecycle from planning to launch. You will supervise a team, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure client value delivery while managing pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant product management experience.
• Licensing/Registration: Series 7.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Product Managers to accomplish goals and handle personnel duties.
• Oversee program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Direct day-to-day product marketing, client experience, and communications strategies.
• Execute client value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies.
• Develop plans for regions, coordinating across units and influencing strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research, build product innovation roadmaps, and explore competitive dynamics.
• Oversee lifecycle management, innovation with external partners, and governance.
• Contribute to acquisition targets, revenue, and expense management goals.
• Develop and communicate market entry plans and resolve client issues.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
