One Call seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise-scale programs. Reporting to the VP, Delivery Management, you will drive cross-functional teams, translate strategy into executable plans, and model delivery excellence for the organization.

You will own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes, mentor delivery managers and teams, and partner with executives to ensure outcomes align with business objectives while managing risk and value realization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program or delivery management leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams dedicated to major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile delivery values, patterns, and skills to delivery managers and teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
• Coordinate stakeholder interactions across business, technology, product, and operations; develop dashboards and track metrics.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders and surface ROI and investment health.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements and monitor flow metrics to improve delivery.
