Capital One Mexico seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to architect foundational platform capabilities and lead a team of 10+ product managers. You will drive strategic roadmaps, influence across Mexico and the US, and elevate the product craft for scalable, high-impact systems.

You will shape multi-year plans, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and push API-first design and excellent developer experience across a global, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of digital product management experience with launch and scale of complex products.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers or large teams.
• Experience managing global stakeholders across regions.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Platform orchestration and multi-year roadmap development for foundational technologies.
• Serve as the bridge between Mexico-based engineering hubs and US-based business leadership to gain buy-in across geographies.
• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of 10+ product managers and raise the product craft.
• Break down massive architectural shifts into iterative releases to deliver measurable value.
• Advocate for developer experience with API-first design, self-service capabilities, and robust documentation.
