Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead the BDR program governance, performance management, and end-to-end delivery. You will establish standardized methodologies, manage budgets, schedules, and scope, and partner with executive sponsors to drive faster value realization across PepsiCo’s Commercial agenda.

The role requires deep PMO experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a global scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in Project Management.
• PMO background with ability to develop/excute project plans and manage resources, risks and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and program delivery for the BDR PMO COE.
• Establish standardized project management methodology and playbooks.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; report to sponsors.
