Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior PMO/Project Manager to lead the Business Development Representative (BDR) program governance from the Program Management Office Center of Excellence. You will drive performance, schedule, scope, and cost management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and benefits realization.

You will establish standardized methodologies, transform processes, and enable a one PepsiCo approach to project delivery, partnering with executives and external stakeholders to unlock faster

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience with at least 3 years in Project Management.
• Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile are preferred.
• Experience in global transformation initiatives and delivering in uncertain contexts.
• Strong leadership, influencing senior leaders, and managing cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation program agenda (roadmap, sequencing, budgets) with leadership.
• Governance setup and stage management against exit criteria.
• Track schedule, scope, cost, risks, and benefits realization.
• Lead project scorecards and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate go-live deployment and resource planning across phases.
• Ensure COE project management standards and playbooks are followed.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned across BU and Sector teams.
