Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Commercial Technology Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across Sales, Customer Management, and Route-to-Market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical plans, and manage dependencies to ensure successful, on-time deployments that align with enterprise roadmaps.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale Commercial Transformation technology programs.
Strong experience delivering enterprise projects involving Sales, Customer Management and Commercial Operations.
Preferred experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Commercial Transformation programs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams across Salesforce, SAP, Integration, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Product and Business organizations.
Translate business requirements into executable technical delivery plans and manage dependencies.
Drive governance with partners and vendors to ensure quality and milestones.
Lead release planning and production deployments for commercial platforms.
