• Proven experience coordinating multiple technology or digital initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience across multiple functions with complex dependencies.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, scheduling and tracking milestones.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and execution of a portfolio of technology and digital transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans with milestones, dependencies and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Product, Architecture and data partners.
• Manage dependencies and interlocks; identify impacts and drive issue resolution.
• Establish program governance with status reporting, RAID logs, and decision logs.
• Partner with product and project leads to ensure scope, timelines and ownership.
• Coordinate testing, business readiness, change management and cutover activities.
• Monitor program performance via KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums to align and remove blockers.
• Provide executive-level visibility into progress, risks and decisions.
