Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end HR administrative and back-office transformation initiatives. You will coordinate SAP, RPA, data, and integration teams, translate business needs into technical plans, and drive automation to modernize HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale HR, Back-Office or Shared Services transformations.
Experience transforming administrative/ transactional processes in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of HR operational processes and automation challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of HR admin and back-office transformation programs.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across SAP, RPA, Data, Integration, and HR
Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans and architecture.
Drive modernization and automation to standardize HR processes.
