• Proven experience leading large-scale HR, Back-Office or Shared Services transformation initiatives.
• Experience transforming administrative and transactional processes in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of HR operational processes and automation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of HR Administrative and Back-Office transformation programs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across SAP, RPA, Integration, Data, App Development, Infra, Security and HR.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical delivery plans and ensure scalable HR capabilities.
