Qualifications

• Candidates with proven experience leading HR and back-office transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of HR transformation programs within budget and timeline.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams across SAP, RPA, Data, and HR.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical delivery plans.
• Drive automation and standardization of HR back-office processes.
• Define priorities with HR leadership and technology product teams.
• Lead SAP-enabled HR processes across platforms and integrations.
• Identify and deliver RPA opportunities focusing on high-volume HR tasks.
