Ellucian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead platform-level workflow automation across the SaaS portfolio. You will shape foundational capabilities and work with engineering, UX, and customer success to deliver reusable automation that scales across products.

You will partner with stakeholders to balance priorities, translate market feedback into clear direction, and drive adoption of secure, scalable workflow experiences that unlock customer value.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of platform or automation products.
• Experience building platform capabilities enabling other teams or products to scale.
• Strong background in workflow design and enterprise automation.
• Experience delivering secure, reusable SaaS platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence across stakeholders and prioritize needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for business process automation across the platform.
• Define and deliver foundational workflow capabilities for Ellucian products.
• Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization for out-of-the-box automations.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to build intuitive, scalable workflows.
• Translate customer feedback into clear strategy, themes and epics.
• Ensure security, reliability, governance and operability of workflows.
