Ellucian is seeking a Principal Change Management Consultant to join its Strategic Services team. You will guide higher education clients through complex organizational and technology transformations, aligning people, processes, and systems to maximize adoption and value from ERP/SaaS implementations.

The role requires deep change management expertise, a consulting mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Formación

5–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields.
Prosci Certification or equivalent change management certification.
Experience leading ERP/SaaS transformation initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

Lead enterprise change initiatives in higher education ERP/SaaS contexts.
Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption with faculty, staff, leadership.
Design and deliver training and communication materials.
Assess organizational readiness and define success metrics.
Collaborate across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and client teams.
