Félix is seeking a Senior PM for Multiproduct Experience Enablement to own the internal Flow Platform enabling domain teams to build, launch, and operate intelligent product conversations. You will lead the self-service Flow Platform, turning recurring needs into reusable capabilities with CX, engineering, design, compliance and support partnerships.

Formación

Strong technical product-management background with experience in platform or infrastructure products.
Experience with API products, developer platforms, internal tools, or workflow systems.
Ability to translate complex architectures into clear product requirements.
Experience defining reusable primitives and self-service capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Own the self-service Flow Platform: configuration, primitives, tooling, versioning, gates and rollout.
Enable domain-team migrations, onboarding, and continuous improvement with reusable capabilities.
Define testing, evaluation, and experiment requirements including simulators and success metrics.
Serve as end-to-end product POC with CX Platform and Support for human handoff and SLAs.
Operationalize standards for experience, safety, localization, and compliance through tooling.
