Tential Solutions seeks an experienced Platform Product Owner to manage enterprise tools and platforms, driving product discovery and translating business problems into prioritized outcomes. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, direct stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 3+ years as Product Owner/PM in enterprise SaaS contexts.
• Experience with Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with RICE/WSJF prioritization.
• Strong customer empathy and root-cause analysis.
• Data-driven validation of hypotheses for product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management including senior leadership.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure and APIs (AWS, GCP, REST, SCIM).
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand frontend/backend relations.
• Ability to prototype with scripts or AI-assisted tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to validate problems and value.
• Own backlog prioritization using data and RICE/WSJF.
• Write clear user stories and define measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with technical leads and vendors to improve platform.
• Translator between leadership, customers, vendors, and engineering.
• Communicate progress through demos, reviews, updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as voice of the customer.
• Use metrics like time-to-value, adoption, and business impact to evaluate hypotheses.
