Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead advanced operational HR across Latin America, supporting growth in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll and Global People Services to ensure compliant, scalable delivery, manage complex employee relations, governance, and country expansions, while mentoring teams to raise standards of People Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational HR leadership across multiple countries or complex jurisdictions.
• Lead organizational changes, restructures, transfers, integrations, and workforce transitions.
• Support country expansions and new market entry activity.
• Ensure operational consistency with local laws and cultural requirements.
• Partner with Legal, HRBPs and Global People Services for compliant delivery.
• Support governance, SOPs, and escalation models; mentor teams.
