Ingenico Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Mexico to lead technical engagements with customers, define solutions, support integrations and certifications, and bridge between customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, QA, Security, Support, and Operations, and contribute throughout integration, testing, and go-live

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Telecommunications/Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in the payment industry, including solution engineering, technical support, payment terminal integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting certifications with processors, acquirers, or payment brands is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer business and technical requirements, define appropriate technical solutions, and assess feasibility based on customer needs and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project scope, solution flows, integrations, dependencies, implementation requirements, and risk assessments in English and/or Spanish.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, presentations, demos, RFIs/RFPs, certifications, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, QA, Security, Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support customers throughout integration, testing, certification, and go-live phases, while identifying opportunities for enhancements, change requests, and additional value-added services.
• Maintain accurate project and technical information in internal systems and stay up to date on payment industry trends, standards, regulations, competitors, and emerging technologies.
