MissionHires is seeking a critical role to enhance payment operations across global markets, particularly in Mexico and beyond. This position involves leading performance improvements, collaborating with payout partners, and building scalable systems that enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance or technology, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. This role may involve infrequent night/weekend work.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in finance, technology, operations, or a startup/tech company, preferably in payment operations.
• Ability to independently lead projects and deliver solutions cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance improvement and monitoring in payment corridors.
• Foster relationships with payout partners and troubleshoot issues.
• Build systems and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for market launches.
• Manage potential night/weekend work for critical issues.
