INGENICO in Mexico City seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer with deep payment terminals expertise to define technical solutions and drive customer engagements from integration to go-live. You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Development to deliver compliant, secure implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in the payment industry, hands-on experience with ISO8583/EMV, and strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the payment industry, including solution engineering, technical support, payment terminal integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer business and technical requirements, define appropriate technical solutions, and assess feasibility based on customer needs and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in English and/or Spanish including project scope, solution flows, integrations, dependencies, requirements, and risk assessments.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, presentations, demos, RFIs/RFPs, certifications, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, QA, Security, Support, and Operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support customers through integration, testing, certification, and go-live phases, while identifying opportunities for enhancements and value-added services.
