Viva is seeking a CUN Passenger Services Sr Analyst to optimize passenger experience and ground operational efficiency, coordinating ground operations and resource management for safe, high-quality service throughout the journey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years in customer service and airport operations, and knowledge of AFAC regulations.
Familiarity with AIMS, Navitaire, Office, and OTP Viewer is preferred.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, passenger services, ramp procedures, safety, and working with airport authorities.
- Preferred experience in the airline industry, with knowledge of AFAC regulations and aviation standards.
Responsabilidades
- Manage all ground operations efficiently and safely, essential for punctuality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, CCV, CRC, CCA, Security) for seamless operations.
- Ensure operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards for passenger safety and company reputation.
- Be prepared to manage emergencies and disruptions with authorities and airport operators, minimizing impact on operations.
- Monitor training needs for personnel to improve efficiency, service quality, and performance.
