Viva, based in Monterrey area, seeks an Airport Cost Control Sr Analyst to monitor and optimize airport-related operating costs across the network. You will collaborate with Airport Operations and Finance to analyze cost performance and provide actionable insights for budgeting and decision-making.

You will develop reports and dashboards in SAP/Oracle, analyze variances, and support cross-functional teams in cost-saving initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Experience analyzing cost variances, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis aptitude.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for operational leadership, including budget and forecast impact assessments.

• Analyze airport service and ground handling costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
• Provide financial support to airport operational teams and collaborate on cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor airport cost performance and operational trends.
• Participate in special projects focused on improving operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational initiatives with financial objectives.

About The Role

As an Airport Cost Control Sr Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing airport-related operating costs across Viva's network. You will work closely with Airport Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to analyze cost performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making. Your work will contribute to improving cost control, budget accuracy, and the overall efficiency of airport operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong financial focus.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Experience analyzing financial data, cost variances, budgets, and forecasts.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational and finance teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
