Viva is seeking a passionate Loyalty Product Sr Coordinator to develop and maintain digital products for our loyalty program members, aligning internal capabilities with vendor delivery when needed.

You will translate designs into responsive web and mobile interfaces, manage the CMS, ensure code quality, and drive AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while upholding a high standard of user experience.

Formación

• Degree in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience from loyalty programs, start-ups, or similar environments.
• Hands-on with Figma, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases; Claude Code is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end functionality for digital products (web portal and services) for loyalty program.
• Translate designs into functional interfaces, implement Figma designs in code with visual fidelity and responsive behavior.
• Manage the content management platform (CMS) enabling business areas to update content autonomously.
• Ensure quality through code reviews, automated testing, and validation of vendor deliverables.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents, identify root causes, and document learnings to protect user experience.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools and automation to speed delivery without compromising quality.
