Viva Aerobus is seeking a Crew Support professional to provide operational support to the Crew Controller within the 72-hour window prior to departure. You will ensure flights are staffed with legally compliant crews by monitoring schedules and coordinating with relevant departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced English, travel availability, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel and work rotating shifts.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, technical manuals and documentation, and fatigue management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective support and coordination with the Crew Controller to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist and support flight crew with transportation and hotel arrangements impacting same-day operations.
• Report operational incidents, key decisions, and deviations from procedures and regulations.
• Optimize crew resources while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with all operational departments to minimize disruptions to daily flight operations.
• Monitor crew documentation validity, flight time limitations, rest requirements, and regulatory compliance, issuing reports and deviation notifications.
