• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or Aeronautical Aviation.
• 1–3 years experience in team management, time management, and task prioritization.
• Knowledge of AFAC regulations and aviation standards is a plus.
• Experience with AIMS, AMOS, and document management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and customer focus.

The Op. Record Keeping Analyst will be responsible of management and registration of all Aeronautical Technical Personnel documentation within the AIMS and AMOS systems, including the onboarding and system setup of new hires in AIMS for Pilots, Flight Attendants, Maintenance Technicians, and Flight Dispatchers. Responsible for digitally filing and maintaining personnel documentation and certification records.

Your Deliverables Will Include

• Registration of documentation for all Aeronautical Technical Personnel in the AIMS system.
• Onboarding and registration of all Aeronautical Technical Personnel in the AIMS system.
• Digital filing of documentation for all Aeronautical Technical Personnel in the cloud.
• Digital filing of certification records in the cloud.
• Processing employee terminations in the AIMS system.
• Registration of documentation in the AMOS system.
• Review of the Master Crew List.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautical Aviation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in team management, time management, and task prioritization. Demonstrates strong leadership, commitment, responsibility, effective communication, accountability, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Preferred experience in the airline industry, with knowledge of AFAC (Federal Civil Aviation Agency) regulations and aviation standards.
• Knowledge of AIMS, AMOS, Office box, AI
• Strong Communication Skills And Leadership Abilities.
