Amazon Mexico Operations is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager for the Mexico Fulfillment Center. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee a large workforce, collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, IT, and Maintenance Engineering, and lead initiatives that improve productivity and cost efficiency.

• Owns and manages the operational budget for the functional area.
• Provides strategic 3-, 6- and 12-month planning, including labor and peak-season forecasting.
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize productivity and meet goals.
• Mentors and develops leaders and staff within the center.
• Participates in recruiting to identify internal and external candidates.

Responsabilidades
