Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Mexico to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor, coach, and motivate staff, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and engagement while aligning with delivery expectations.

The role emphasizes servant leadership and building a culture of inclusion, mentorship, and continuous improvement across shifts and teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in oral and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source.
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment.
• Ensure procedures for building security and product loss prevention.
• Partner with management to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure quality.
