Amazon in Mexico is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Mexico Fulfillment Center. You will oversee 1,000+ salaried and hourly employees, drive strategic planning, budget management, and safety and quality metrics. You will mentor leaders, lead cost-saving initiatives, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to enable large-scale operations.

The role emphasizes balancing strategic leadership with execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Experience leading large teams in a fulfillment or distribution environment.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and labor planning.
Strong communication and collaboration across functions (HR, Finance, IT).
Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and cost savings.

Responsabilidades

Owns and delivers the operational budget for the fulfillment center.
Leads long-term and strategic planning (3, 6, 12 months) including labor and peak season planning.
Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and productivity.
Leads and mentors Operations and Area Managers, ensuring safety and quality metrics.
Collaborates with HR, Finance, Maintenance, and IT to secure resources for initiatives.
Participates in recruiting to identify and hire capable leaders and staff.
