is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team in one of its fulfillment centers, overseeing 65k+ packages daily and ensuring on-time delivery and quality. The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, guiding a team of seven managers and more than 200 associates, and delivering metrics to senior leadership while embedding a Safety-first culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• 8+ years of strong operations management and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an operation handling +65k packages daily.
• Manage 7 managers and 200+ associates.
• Drive operational goals and present metrics to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop talent plans including recruitment, performance, and development.
