Jabil is seeking a Materials SME II to drive standard work and continuous improvement across materials processes. You will serve as the technical expert for planning, purchasing, and inventory control, leading regional projects to improve service levels and profitability.

You will coach the materials team, monitor metrics, and collaborate with global teams to standardize best practices. A strong background in materials systems and change management is required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Understand Materials standard, procedures, systems and work methodologies.
• Broad range of materials relevant systems and technology.
• Knowledge of JOS and Quality Systems linked to materials processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.
• Proven change management and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Mega Site or Region SME in standard Materials processes.
• Lead standardized Materials systems and applications.
• Coach and train the materials team.
• Monitor key Materials metrics for Mega Site/Region.
• Perform internal audits of materials operations.
• Drive standardization and optimization with CI cycles.
• Develop best practices with data for regional/global teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize large-scale initiatives.
• Supervise Materials Improvement Projects for mega sites or regions.
• Define KPIs and manage scope, time, cost, and quality.
