Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that meet performance, reliability, and cost objectives. You will lead projects eliminating waste, run simulations, map processes, and drive continuous improvement across the site while coaching engineers and aligning with global standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement projects that eliminate waste using IE processes.
• Conduct complex process simulations, OR studies, and cost analyses.
• Verify time standards and report IE metrics.
• Drive SAP and MES configurations standardization.
• Prepare quotes for proposed projects.
• Support New Product Introduction process improvements.
• Coach and mentor engineers within the IE team.
• Ensure standard Jabil processes across the site.
• Support Lean initiatives with data integrity.
