Jabil is seeking a technically skilled professional to support manufacturing operations, optimize cycle times, and implement cost-saving solutions. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams. On-site engagement in Mexico is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years total work experience in a relevant field is desirable.

• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cycle times of operations.
• Identify technical solutions to reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Facilitate inter-department collaboration.
• Support Lean Manufacturing deployment.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Evaluate new equipment and facilities.
• Establish progress reports with accounting.
• Serve as SME for NC processes; escalate risks.
