Jabil is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of production, machinery, processing and packaging departments. You will recruit, coach and develop managers, drive performance, and manage costs while aligning with campus strategies.

Responsibilities include forecasting, data analysis, and continuous improvement across workcells, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred and five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and coordinate operations of production, machinery and packaging departments.
• Recruit, interview and hire managers; coach and develop leadership talent.
• Establish goals, monitor performance and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to align on strategy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage department budgets.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with campus directions.
• Oversee forecasting, data gathering and trend analysis for the workcells.
