Jabil is seeking a Materials Subject Matter Expert II to drive standard work and continuous improvement across material planning, purchasing, and inventory control. The role requires technical expertise and leadership to implement best practices, improve profitability, and deliver differentiated capabilities.

As a key technical leader, you will mentor the materials team, monitor metrics, and collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize processes and systems while ensuring high-quality

Formación

• Know materials standard, procedures, systems and work methodologies.
• Understanding of materials relevant systems and technology.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety standards and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Mega Site or Region SME in materials processes.
• Lead as Mega Site or Region SME in standardized materials systems and applications.
• Coach, mentor, and train materials team.
• Monitor materials metrics for Mega Site/Region.
• Support and maintain lower-level materials team duties.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in materials processes and systems.
• Develop best practices with data for regional/global teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize complex large-scale initiatives.
• Actively manage project scope, quality, time and cost; track KPIs.
