Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Support Leader to drive procedures, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing organization. You will analyze cycle times, find cost reductions, and provide technical support to production teams.

The role emphasizes Lean deployment, NC process SME responsibilities, and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product introductions and ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong problem solving and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical support to the manufacturing organization to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Analyze cycle times and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Support Lean manufacturing deployment and improvement projects.
• Coordinate NC process improvements and risk escalation when needed.
• Prepare progress reports with earnings calculations with accounting.
