Job summary

Jabil seeks an experienced planning leader to drive department improvement and ensure optimal material planning and scheduling at the site. The role focuses on building and implementing planning strategies, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining data integrity across the master schedule.

Ideal candidates have extensive materials experience, strong analytics, and the ability to manage budgets while coordinating with stakeholders to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 9 to 12 years related Materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
• Advanced PC skills including knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning Department with a focus on planning and development.
• Create and implement new planning strategies to optimize performance.
• Review capacity modules and schedules to ensure feasibility.
• Ensure material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
• Monitor key performance metrics of the Department.
• Ensure robust processes and documentation such as procedures and work instructions.
• Manage departmental budgeting and cost control.
• Analyze revenue trends for the site and report to stakeholders.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
